In most cases, you can return the car at any time just putting the key in a special box or leaving them at the reception desk of your hotel. You will find the information about the office hours on the company's website.
It is important you remember to leave the car(s) at specially designated places. If you leave the car in a different place, and our agents cannot find it, it will be regarded as a failure to return the car at the appointed time. In this case please immediately contact the Luxury Car office and inform the agent about where you parked the car.
All the customers are granted an additional hour to return the car free of extra charge. Thus, in case you are to return the car at 14:30 and you return it at 15:15, you will not be imposed any fine.
However, in case of delay of the car return for more than 59 minutes, the customer will be imposed a fine of 40.00 € for the delay. Besides that the customer shall have to pay the corresponding amount for an additional rental day (i.e. at least 40.00 € plus the cost of one rental day).
No. The contract clearly states the term of the rent. In case of the car is returned before the specified time refunding for the provided service is not foreseen.
The fine can be paid at the administration office in the Town of Rhodes (you can find out the exact address at our office). You can also leave the amount of the fine at the Luxury Car office, and after payment we will e-mail you a receipt of payment of the fine.
If you left any of your personal belongings in the car, you can contact our office and declare a loss, and if the thing is found, you will be able to take it immediately.
